The 96-98 Windstar split port upper intake manifold is a direct bolt on for the 3.8L split port motors worth a good amount of power for the money. Requires little to make it work with your car and flows much better then the stock intake manifold! This is only sold with the intake, intake bolts and intake gaskets. Fits ALL 1999-2004 V6 3.8L Mustangs

Ported Upper & Lower Intakes





This is a picture of the runner ported and polished. I'm still working on a more fine polish though, for the intakes this generally is smooth enough, but for the heads I will get them as smooth as possible. The intake can be painted any color desired by you! The color shown above is an aluminum color that I figured most would fancy. It could be left stock those looking for the "sleeper" look.

 Ported upper and lower intakes for ANY 3.8L Mustang and or GT using cast or aluminum intakes. Will be ported where excessible.

Upper intake Includes:

- Ported Inlet to 65mm
- Ported runners where they can be reached
- Painted or unpainted
- Polished runners

Lower intake Includes:

- ported runners
- polished runners
PLEASE NOTE:
ALL of my ported and polished lower intakes include IMRC's removed and the EGR ports in the runners shaved down. If you want it filled its an extra $10. Porting the lower intake fully and correctly requires removal of the IMRC's anyway so I do not add the charge for them removed because its more work for me to keep the IMRCs.
If you need your EGR ports stock for any reason and want the IMRCs email me for price.

 Description Price

For now I' am ONLY doing ported heads for the 3.8L V6 mustangs. They'll be simply ported and polished surface. For bigger valves contact me.

Bare head just the cylinder head alone, no valves, springs, retainers, or keepers. But does include porting, valve seat work & bowl polish.
